From drafting and redlining contracts to reading bills and résumés - AI does the first draft, and a person approves anything that goes out.
Nijam Seal's AI turns contract drafting from a legal task into a business task.
Paste a contract and AI reviews it clause by clause: risk ratings (low/medium/high), plain-English summaries, and missing-clause warnings. A first read to discuss with your lawyer, not legal advice.
Describe your deal in plain English - "I'm hiring a React dev in Bangalore for 6 months at $5K/month" - and AI fills every template variable: names, dates, amounts, jurisdiction, payment terms, notice periods.
Upload a PDF and AI automatically identifies where signatures, dates, initials, and checkboxes should go. Accept placements with one click instead of manually dragging fields.
While reviewing an agreement, a slide-out panel shows AI-generated summaries for each clause with risk badges, so signers get a plain-English view before they sign.
AI reads documents for you; rules handle the numbers.
Photograph or upload any receipt, bill, or purchase order. AI extracts vendor name, amounts, tax breakdowns, line items, dates, and payment terms - then creates a draft bill entry automatically.
A predicted pay date for each customer, worked out from their payment history with weighted averages - a rule, not a trained model. Follow up on the invoices likely to run late.
Rules match recorded payments to open invoices, including part payments, for you to confirm. This is deterministic matching, not AI. Bank feeds are not live yet.
From a signed Nijam Seal agreement, create a draft invoice with one click, filled from the contract's parties and amounts. You review it before it is sent.
AI reads the bill; rules you set handle matching and approvals.
Upload a bill, or let a connected Gmail inbox pick it up, and AI extracts the line items into a draft for review. Bills are matched against purchase orders and routed for approval by amount.
Bills to pay grouped by how soon they fall due, so you can see what to pay first.
Each entity keeps its own currency. Foreign-currency invoices record a daily reference rate (ECB, and the AED peg) at the time they are created.
Bills route to approvers by amount tiers you set. Rules, not AI.
Nijam uses AI where reading and drafting help, and rules where the answer has to be exact.
Collection reminders and notices are drafts. A person approves each one before it goes out.
Tax, totals and payroll are calculated by deterministic code. AI never does the maths.
Predicted pay dates come from weighted averages of each customer's payment history, not a trained model.
Our main text model is DeepSeek, which is hosted in China; Google Gemini reads documents and images, with Anthropic and OpenAI as fallbacks. To do the work, the text of contracts, bills, invoices and payment histories is sent to these providers, and personal details are not masked first. Counter (shop) data is never sent to a China-hosted provider. The full list of providers is on our trust page.
Here are the moments where AI helps most.
Paste a contract and get a clause-by-clause review with risk ratings, plain-English summaries, and missing-clause warnings.
Snap a photo of any receipt or bill. AI extracts vendor, amounts, tax breakdowns, and line items - draft bill entry created automatically.
Predicted pay dates and overdue invoices side by side, with reminder drafts ready for you to approve.
