The agreement's stored content is hashed with SHA-256 - a one-way fingerprint that changes if the content changes.
Blockchain Anchor
On paid plans, the hash goes into a batched Merkle record anchored on Solana, which shows the agreement existed by that time.
Verify Anytime
Anyone can check an agreement on our public verify page, which compares it with the anchored record. No login needed.

Geolocation Capture
Record the exact signing location with GPS coordinates. Reverse-geocoded to city/country for human-readable audit records. Optional per agreement.
Automated Reminders
Email reminders to signers who haven't signed: the first after 24 hours, the next 48 hours later, the last 72 hours after that. Capped at 3 reminders per signer.
Certificate of Completion
Auto-generated PDF certificate with signer details, timestamps, IP addresses, signature hashes and a QR code linking to public verification, plus the anchor transaction on paid plans.
Public Verification Portal
Anyone can check an agreement on our public verify page by its ID or hash: hash match, the Solana anchor (paid plans) and the signers.
Why a Public Anchor Matters
A plain e-signature record is only as good as the database it sits in. An anchor on a public blockchain adds an outside timestamp to that record.
Public Timestamp
On paid plans, completed agreements are anchored on Solana in batches. The anchor shows the batch existed by that time.
Public Verification
Anyone can check an agreement on the Nijam verify page, against a public blockchain record. The check uses the proof we keep with the anchor.
Tamper Detection
The SHA-256 hash covers the agreement's stored content, so a change to that content after completion no longer matches its hash.
