Yes. Nijam Pulse ships with geofenced clock-in, VPN / datacenter IP detection, a shared-device kiosk with server face match, an open-shift marketplace and swap requests, all in the phone's browser (native iOS and Android apps are not in the app stores yet). Attendance attestations are Merkle-batched and anchored to Solana hourly.
What's the blockchain attestation actually for?
Labor disputes and compliance audits. When an employee clocks in, Nijam hashes the attendance record (including the GPS the device reported and the geofence distance) into a Merkle tree and anchors the batch root to Solana hourly. If a record is changed after it is anchored, the change is detectable.
Can I migrate from Connecteam to Nijam Pulse?
Yes. Nijam Settings → Data & Migration supports bulk CSV import of employees, leave balances, and historical leave records. Shift schedules and checklist templates are rebuilt in the first onboarding pass.
Does Nijam Pulse handle Indian payroll compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, Form 16)?
Yes, for computation. Nijam Pulse generates payslips with PF, ESI, professional tax and TDS deductions, plus EPF ECR / ESIC files and a NEFT bank file you upload. Nijam Taxia generates Form 16. Returns are filed by you or your CA.
Does Nijam Pulse handle US payroll (W-2, 1099-NEC, state tax)?
Nijam Pulse computes federal withholding (Pub 15-T / W-4), Social Security and Medicare, FLSA overtime, SUTA and FUTA, with state income tax for California and New York (single filer) only; other states are entered by you. Nijam Taxia generates W-2 PDFs, and 1099-NEC PDFs from vendor payments in Invoicing. Forms are generated for you or your CPA to file; e-filing is not available yet.
